PRIMAS on show in Brussels – account of an event for policymakers
At the 27th of June 2011, the PRIMAS event 'Towards Europe 2020: Inquiring minds ‐ innovative pedagogies in mathematics and science education' took place in Brussels (Belgium).
PRIMAS has hosted an afternoon conference on sustaining innovative pedagogies mainly geared towards educational policy makers and advisors, educational authorities and researchers.
PRIMAS is one of the major projects fostering inquiry-based learning across Europe and this event has successfully provided insight into the work within the project as well as that it has stimulated
discussion and the search for solutions and policies of how to sustain implementation of innovative teaching methods that work to support common European goals as outlined in the ‘Europe
2020’ strategy.
